Diagnose — MECE Problem Structuring

Decompose your challenge into its true root causes. Leave with a clear problem map and confidence you are solving the right problem, not a symptom of it.

Session 2

Analyse — Hypothesis & Financial Framing

Form a best-guess answer, identify the fastest test to confirm or kill it, and frame the financial impact in EBITDA terms. Leave with a tested hypothesis and decision criteria.

Session 3

Decide — Recommendation & Governance

Structure the final recommendation, document risk acceptance, and build a 90-day action plan with named owners and a clear escalation path.
