The Change Curve. Why leaders skip ahead and their teams do not. What each stage of the curve needs from you as a leader.

Module 2

The ADKAR Model

Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement. Applied as a diagnostic: where is your change failing, and which intervention fixes it?

Module 3

Leading the Transition

Bridges’ model: the difference between change (external event) and transition (internal psychological process). The Neutral Zone and why most change fails there.

Module 4

Communication and Resistance

A communication plan that sustains engagement. Resistance as information. How to have the conversations your resistors need — before they undermine the change.

Module 5

My Change Leadership Plan

A 30-60-90 day plan specific to your change, with the ADKAR weakest link, the transition phase and the key conversation you will have this week.
